An agent is only as good as what it is told, so every one answers from a brief of your services, areas, hours and prices that you approve line by line. Anything the brief does not cover, it says the team will confirm. Social posts follow the same rule: facts from your own pages, never an invented number.
If you want the whole office built around how your company runs, that is a Nameplate app; Jackman Mechanical's is one, with every request from its website landing in it. Who builds it is a fair question to ask first.
